• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Pre-orders: Orders ship once production is complete. Estimated fulfillment timelines are provided on each product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• USA: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

International Shipping
At this time, Jack Ex ships to select countries only. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout based on your location.
